Whitney Falcon
Whitney Falcon, Head of School, is certified by the American Montessori Society (AMS) for birth-3. Whitney's first introduction to Montessori came in 1991 when she accepted a position as an assistant at a school in Houston, TX. After her initial experience, Whitney worked in a variety of different Montessori schools in various capacities to increase her knowledge and understanding of the Montessori philosophy. In 2000, Whitney was received her Montessori Teacher training at the Center for Montessori Teachers Education in New York, where she studied under Virginia Varga, who pioneered the first toddler Montessori program in the United States in 1964. Whitney just completed part of her AMS Administrators credential in New York this summer and is completing her practicum phase now.
Whitney lives with her husband John and their children, John and Enid. They are thrilled to be expecting a new addition to the family in November.
