Enrollment Application - Use this printable form if you are applying to Mariposa Montessori School. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee due when application is made. An appointment will be scheduled for you to meet with the Director of Mariposa Montessori School. If there are no openings in your child's environment, you will be added to the waiting list.
